Warranty and Returns

If you have purchased a product offered by Wegofit.in, we offer a limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@vego.fit within the warranty period, and we will provide instructions for returning the product for repair or replacement.

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Wegofit.in, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vego.fit and provide your order number and reason for the return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a track-able shipping method.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of products that have been used or damaged by the customer. Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is in new, unused condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
